When you create an account we collect your name and email address. As you progress through the programme we store the answers, reflections, homework submissions, AI coaching conversations, and assessment scores you enter, so we can personalise your experience and track your progress.

We also receive limited transaction data from our payment provider (Base44 Payments) so we can grant access to the programme you purchased. We do not store your full card details.

2. How we use your information

• To provide and personalise your coaching experience.
• To send you programme communications, reminders, and replies to questions you raise in-app.
• To process payments and manage your access.
• To improve the programme and maintain security.

3. Legal basis (UK GDPR)

We process your personal data on the basis of contract performance (providing the programme you signed up for), our legitimate interests (security and service improvement), and your consent for optional marketing communications.

4. Sharing your information

We use trusted third-party providers — including our hosting and payment platforms and email delivery services — to operate the programme. These providers only process your data on our instructions and under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We never sell your personal data.

5. Data retention

We keep your programme data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can return to your progress. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we do our best.
