1. Your access

Purchasing a plan grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the programme for your own development. Depending on your plan, access lasts for the 20-week structured programme or continues on an unlimited basis. You must keep your login details secure and not share them.

2. The programme

Promotion-Ready Leadership™ is a self-coaching programme. It provides structured content, AI-guided coaching sessions, and reflection tools to support your progression. It is educational and developmental in nature and does not constitute guaranteed career outcomes or professional advice tailored to your specific circumstances.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the programme only for your own personal development.
• Do not copy, redistribute, or resell the content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely through Base44 Payments. Given the digital nature of the programme and the immediate access granted, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you believe there has been an error with a charge, contact us and we will review it.

5. AI coaching

The AI coaching sessions use automated language models to guide reflection. Their output is general in nature and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek appropriate professional advice for matters requiring it.

6. Intellectual property

All programme content, branding, and materials are owned by Horus Coaching and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them except as permitted by these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horus Coaching is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the programme. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for access.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
